Tara Cridland
Tara’s been on a lifelong journey of healing herself, learning how to release the fear, shame and judgment from others around her natural spiritual abilities. She learned how to integrate this into her personal life, and in her business. She began her career as a massage therapist in her early 20’s. Here she learned quickly how her unique gifts and abilities could be used to help serve her clients on a deeper level than just physical touch and healing.
Receiving direct messages from bodies and psychic information allowed her to help her clients release at deep levels. This was helping her clients heal the emotional and energetic body along with their physical bodies. This not only fascinated Tara, it became a lifelong journey and desire to further develop this part of herself to serve others more expansively. Working with mentors and teachers over the years to learn psychic and mediumship work, channeling, universal shamanism, ceremonies, and sacred living.
She’s spent the last 24 years developing and cultivating her healing work and leadership with women and communities. Guiding women into laying down the fear and misconceptions around connection to spirit and picking up their power and confidence to the unseen world and how to beautifully blend this into their everyday lives. She opens up the reality of how they are the most powerful thing in the room.
She uses her education and career as a Certified Trauma Informed Massage Therapist/Instructor, Birth Doula. As part of her love of movement and wellness, Tara became a Yoga Instructor to co-create a fully integrated approach for her clients. Blending this with her natural Psychic and Mediumship abilities made Tara realize how much more women were asking for and needing an even more complete approach. Alway following the thread of need for her clients, a few years into her career, she became a Holistic Nutrition Coach.
Something so profound began to happen with Tara’s clients. They were experiencing huge Somatic (body) releases that needed more support and guidance as they began to heal from their sexual and ancestral trauma. She realized she wanted to go even deeper into her own healing and invite the women to a safe haven along with her. She attended Mama Gena’s School of Womanly Arts for her own healing, and studied at Vita ™ Institute to learn a Tantric approach to sex, love, and relationship Coaching.
She took a year long intensive training through Sacred Oak Academy. A Shamanic school and training where she became certified in Guided Energy Medicine ™, Shamanic Practices, Spiritual Mentorship, Education and Spiritual Counseling. Over the last three years this has blossomed into her own style called Energy Healing Attunements. As part of this Energy medicine, she includes her natural ability to channel Light Language and Song, Light Frequencies and Codes.
Women have the permission to safely come into radical self responsibility doing deep healing work within and changing their woundings into a healed, whole version of themselves and activating their own unique spiritual abilities and connection with their higher selves, their spirit team. Living as the conscious, fully online Spiritual Leaders they were born to be.

Your guide
Heather Rebecca Wilson
Heather's maternal ancestors are from the Visayan islands of Leyte, Samar, and Panay, in what is now known as the Philippines. Her paternal ancestors are from all over West Africa, primarily Nigeria and Ghana, as well as the British Isles of Northern Europe.
Inspired by her own decolonizing journey to dismantle internalized oppression, she empowers personal and professional embodied transformation of deep cultural programming and conditioning for a more just, peaceful, and compassionate world.
After a massive energetic clearing of ancestral, racialized, and sexual trauma in 2018, she's been walking the path of dissolving intergenerational patterns on both sides of her multiracial family and becoming a responsible steward of her ancestral wisdom and indigenous spiritual traditions.
She's been fascinated with astrology her whole life and became a certified Life Path Astrology™ Reader in 2020. After graduating from Brown University, the Diversity Leadership Institute (NAIS - National Association of Independent Schools), National Diversity Practitioners Institute (NDPI), she studied at the Vita™ Institute to learn a Tantric approach to sex, love, and relationship coaching.
In addition to leading Crystal Egg workshops for womxn all over the country, she facilitates “Womxn of Color” and “Filipinx Healing Circles”, and has mentored trauma-informed leaders inside her own group program, “High Priestess Of The Heart”. Most recently she's been working as consultant, facilitator, and coach in the legacy healthcare, innovative tech startup, and mass transit spaces to develop trauma-informed leaders and inclusive workplace cultures of belonging and well-being.

Wear cozy and comfortable clothes to ensure you can fully relax and focus on the workshop.
Have a yoga mat at hand for any meditative or body-awareness exercises.
