She is an Autoimmune & PTSD survivor turned Gut Health Expert, Somatic & Yoga Therapist, Evolutionary Astrologer and former Founder & CEO of Ferm Fatale, a wildly-fermented zero-proof cocktail line, one of the very first adult non-alcoholic beverages to hit the U.S. market and be nationally distributed. She has 16 years of experience leading international yoga retreats across Bali, Peru, and America, she owned Ebb & Flow Healing Arts Studio for nearly 20 years, and was the only non-MD invited as a panelist for a Women’s Wellness conference for 3 consecutive years. Along with her background in Digestive Wellness and her unique psychic and intuitive gifts, Julie has 30 years of experience in both Vipassana & Self-Inquiry silent meditation. She specializes in Somatic Breathwork, Hypnosis, Evolutionary Astrology, and Shadow Work that she integrates into Executive Transformational Life Coaching.
